Ease & Enjoyment Framework

Life Mapping

In our first session together, we will do some Life Mapping. Life Mapping helps us look at various areas of your life (e.g., career; dating; friendships; physical health) to see where there is inherent resistance and where there are already glimmers of ease and joy. Life Mapping allows us to better understand where you are at in life and which directions you would like to go in. Through Life Mapping, we will determine which pieces of your Personal Puzzle we want to work on and how we can enhance all areas of your life with more ease and enjoyment. 

Personal Puzzle Method

In EEC, we have 21 different potential pieces to your Personal Puzzle. The majority of our first session will be spent getting to know you and your life circumstances (see: Life Mapping). Once I have a sense of who you are, what brings you joy, and where there is some internal resistance in your life, I will propose either 11 or 15 puzzle pieces for your Personal Puzzle. Each week, we will dive into a new puzzle piece and explore how that piece can contribute to more ease and enjoyment in all aspects of your life. The Personal Puzzle is highly adaptive, so we can tweak things as we go. This is your journey, I’m just here to make it easier <3

FAQ

Is EEC right for me?

Are you a high-achieving Black individual who has their life together on paper? Do you know deep down that there is something more for you and the impact that you want to have on the world? Are you doing “okay”, but you know you are not fulfilled or living up to your full, blissful potential? Are you positive-minded, and do you have some level of spirituality (e.g., belief in something bigger than you, Source, the universe, God, etc.)? Do you believe it is possible to attract things with ease and joy, but you just don’t know how to get there? Ease and Enjoyment coaching just might be right for you. 

According to EEC, should nothing in life be hard?

No. Life will inevitably throw challenges and obstacles your way that will make life feel hard. I actually believe in the value of life challenges for our growth and learning. I just do not think YOU should be doing things to make life harder. Life’s got that one covered. 

How long are EEC programs?

I offer either 12 or 16 week programs of EEC. EEC programs are highly customizable and adaptable. If you feel like you would benefit from adjusting the length of your program at any time, we can discuss and work to fit your unique needs. 

What is the investment in EEC?

I currently offer two options for EEC virtually (anywhere!) or in-person (limited in the Los Angeles area)

  • 12 week program (one 50 minute session per week) for $5,000 or 3 monthly payments of $1,850. 
  • 16 week program (one 50 minute session per week) for $6,500 or 6 monthly payments of $1,200.
